  • Congratulations to Grace Y. whose poem was selected by composer Kenneth Carter, to be used as the basis for the choral piece he was commissioned to write.  The piece, “We are Dance” was premiered on March 27 by the Fairfax Choral Society’s Youth Concert Choir.  Bowen McCauley Dance choreographed a dance to go with the song as well.   The dance was performed by the Kenmore Bowen McCauley Junior Company dancers.

  • The Kenmore Family and Consumer Science has partnered with Arts for Humanity to sponsor a Shoe Drive.  Please put shoes in designated boxes in the atrium.  Shoes of all sizes that are in good condition may be donated.  The shoes will be shipped to Honduras to help adults and children.  Thanks for your support!
