How do I change the amount of my contribution or terminate my contribution?
Simply complete the
Salary Reduction Agreement (PDF) and send it directly to TSA Consulting Group using the address/fax/e-mail in the bottom right corner. Remember to completely fill out the form, and check for completeness prior to submitting the form.
How do I take a distribution (for retirement income, hardship distribution, or loan)?
TSA Consulting Group is Arlington Public Schools' Third Party Administrator for the 403(b) program. In that capacity, they must process all transactions and distributions to ensure that the transactions meet the regulatory guidelines of the IRS, as well as maintain records of those transactions. On
their website, you may access forms and paperwork related to your past and present 403(b) accounts. You will need to go through TSA Consulting to process loans, hardships withdrawals, and rollovers into the APS 403(b) plan. Retirees and former employees of APS must
contact TSA Consulting to receive a distribution of any type.

School Board Matching Contribution Program
If you are eligible, the School Board matches 0.4% of your base salary or $10 per pay period (or $12 per pay period for ten month employees paid over 20 pays), whichever is greater, into a 401(a) account with
TIAA-CREF.
